Delivery charges vary depending on your location and order size. You can view the delivery fee during the checkout process before completing your order.

We aim to deliver within one hour if your order is placed during operational hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) and is within our 12km delivery radius. If an order is placed after 11:00 PM, it will be delivered the following day.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification to let you know it’s on its way.

Yes, after your order is confirmed, we will send you a detailed invoice via email. This will include all order details, payment confirmation, and any applicable taxes.

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us at complaint@flybox.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The payment is processed immediately when you place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the transaction is completed.

The wishlist allows you to save items that you might want to purchase in the future. You can view your wishlist by logging into your account and adding or removing items at any time.

Please inspect your products upon delivery. If there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately at complaint@flybox.uk. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve complaints within 3-5 working days.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@flybox.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to process cancellations or changes.

We accept payments through Worldpay, which allows you to use various debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed at the time of placing your order.

Yes, all payments made through Worldpay are encrypted and handled securely. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

At the moment, we only accept payments through Worldpay and credit/debit cards. We are working on adding more payment options in the future.
