Here at Flybox, we are committed to providing our customers with excellent service whilst maintaining high standards of quality control within the industry. We advise that you inspect your goods upon delivery. If in the event that you are dissatisfied with your online shopping, please email us at ( complaint@flybox.uk ) and we will endeavor to respond to your query within within 48 hours.
Complaints will be forwarded to our customer care manager for review. We will aim to resolve complaints within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products that are perishable. In the event that non-perishable goods ordered do not meet reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our discretion offer exchange.
